Research and development 3D printer 'NJB-200HT'

Equipped with a thermocouple and heater capable of measuring temperatures above 400℃! Mainly for use in research and development applications.

The "NJB-200HT" is a 3D printer based on the conventional "NJB-200," designed to accommodate variable temperatures for the nozzle and molding table at higher temperatures. The nozzle, which melts the filament, is equipped with a thermocouple heater capable of measuring temperatures above 400°C. The work table, which shapes the printed objects, uses a silicone rubber heater that can handle temperatures up to 150°C and heat-resistant glass. Additionally, it can be used for the development of materials that melt at lower temperatures, starting from 80°C. 【Features】 ■ Nozzle temperature range: 80–400°C, table temperature up to 150°C ■ Based on the simple and popular "NJB-200" ■ The nozzle is equipped with a thermocouple and heater capable of measuring temperatures above 400°C ■ The work table uses a silicone rubber heater that can handle temperatures up to 150°C and heat-resistant glass *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

3D printer "NJB-777"

The possibility of creating large-scale sculptures has greatly expanded, allowing for the production of 1:1 life-size mock-ups.

The NJB-777 is a large 3D printer that uses the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) method and can create objects with dimensions of 700mm in width, 700mm in depth, and 700mm in height. Since it can use commercially available filaments, material costs are low, making large-scale printing possible. Additionally, unlike the conventional NinjaBot series, the print objects are larger and heavier, so the build table is fixed, and the print head itself moves in the XY direction while ascending and descending. 【Features】 ■ Made to order ■ Build size: 700mm width × 700mm depth × 700mm height ■ Fused Deposition Modeling method ■ Greatly expands the possibilities for producing 1:1 scale mock-ups *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
